Orders placed before 10 am are dispatched the same day; after 10 am, the next day. Then allow 24 to 48 working hours in France, 2 to 5 working days in the rest of Europe. Delivery is handled by DPD Predict: the day before, you receive a text message with a one-hour slot, which you can move if you are not available.

No: delivery is free in mainland France, with no minimum order. For other European countries, it costs €7.99 to €29.99 depending on the zone.

You receive your tracking number by e-mail as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. DPD then takes over to let you know your delivery slot.

You have 14 days after delivery to withdraw, from the Right of withdrawal page (link in the footer) or by e-mail at sav@maisonbagages.com. Our customer service team sends you the prepaid return label; €8 in return costs are deducted from the refund, except for a faulty product. If it is a matter of size, we send you the other size once the return has been received. The refund is credited within 14 days of receipt of the product.
