Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give a reason (Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code). This page is the online withdrawal function provided for in Article L.221-21 of the same code.

How it works

1. You fill in the form below and click "Withdraw from the contract here".
2. You check the summary and click "Confirm withdrawal".
3. You immediately receive a time-stamped acknowledgement by e-mail, then our customer service team gets back to you with the return label.

You do not need to send anything back yourself: wait for the e-mail from our customer service team, which contains the prepaid return label. Returns are free: no return costs are deducted from the refund. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and with its accessories. The refund is made to the payment method used for the order, within 14 days of your withdrawal; it may be withheld until we have received the product or until you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever is the earliest (Article L.221-24 of the French Consumer Code).
