Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give a reason (Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code). This page is the online withdrawal function provided for in Article L.221-21 of the same code.

How it works

1. You fill in the form below and click "Withdraw from the contract here".
2. You check the summary and click "Confirm withdrawal".
3. You immediately receive a time-stamped acknowledgement by e-mail, then our customer service team gets back to you with the return label.

You do not need to send anything back yourself: wait for the e-mail from our customer service team, which contains the prepaid return label. A contribution to return costs of €8 is deducted from the refund, unless the product has a defect. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and with its accessories. The refund is made to the payment method used for the order, within 14 days of receipt of the product. Full details are in our returns and refunds policy.
