    What does the set contain?

    Three suitcases: 45, 55 and 65 cm. Dimensions, weights and volumes are in the specifications above.

    Is the shell recycled?

    Partly: 60% new ABS and 40% recycled ABS.

    When will I receive my order?

    Orders placed before 10 am are dispatched the same day; after 10 am, the next day. Then allow 24 to 48 working hours in France, 2 to 5 working days in the rest of Europe. Delivery is handled by DPD Predict: the day before, you receive a text message with a one-hour slot, which you can move if you are not available.

    Do I have to pay for delivery?

    No: delivery is free in mainland France, with no minimum order. For other European countries, it costs €7.99 to €29.99 depending on the zone.

    What if the suitcase is not right for me?

    You have 14 days after delivery to withdraw, from the Right of withdrawal page (link in the footer) or by e-mail at sav@maisonbagages.com. Our customer service team sends you the prepaid return label; €8 in return costs are deducted from the refund, except for a faulty product. If it is a matter of size, we send you the other size once the return has been received. The refund is credited within 14 days of receipt of the product.

    Can the suitcases be taken into the cabin?

    Size S is designed for the cabin. Allowances vary from one airline to another, so check the dimensions accepted by yours before you leave.

    Do the suitcases lock?

    Every hard-shell suitcase has a combination lock built into the shell. You choose your code the first time you use it.

    Are the suitcases guaranteed?

    Two years against manufacturing defects, under the statutory warranty of conformity. Damage caused in the hold is the airline's responsibility, and it must be notified within 7 days of the flight.

    Are these the same suitcases as on TikTok Shop?
